Ordering
 
Leelos order processing time is 1 – 7 business days from receipt of payment. If there are delays we will contact the customer. Orders are processed once payment has cleared in our account. Orders that have not been paid for within 7 days of the order being placed will automatically be cancelled and stock will be made available for sale again.
 
Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be new in condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We require that you notify us within 1-2 business days of delivery in the event of damaged goods as a result of transit. Visibly damaged packages should not be signed for upon delivery as this may cause the insurance on the package to be void. Return shipping costs on defective items are covered by Leelos.
 
For a return/exchange your order:-
 
Email info@leelos.co.za with your order number to log your return/exchange. You will get a response within 1-2 business days.
 
Refunds
 
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that all cancelled orders(for mind change, item not as described reasons) will incur a 10% admin fee for processing refunds.
 
Shipping
 
We currently ship only within South Africa. We ship all orders via The Courier Guy company.
 
Please note;
 
• Follow the tracking number sent to you by email to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to
take delivery of the package.
• We are not responsible for confirmed deliveries that have been stolen.
• We are not responsible for delays in package deliveries by our courier company due to their own internal
errors.
• We unfortunately wont be able to accept customized items
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is not defective or damaged in transit. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you do not have the funds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
